About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT and Information Security Executive to join our team at Metadome. As a Senior Manager - Cyber Security, you will be responsible for leading our IT strategy and ensuring the implementation of best practices in information security.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for guiding our leadership team on IT and IS matters, as well as overseeing security reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.

You will also be responsible for managing third-party and vendor risk assessments, supervising IT infrastructure installation and maintenance, and leading the Security Operations Centre (SOC) team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity operations, including monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Guide leadership on IT and Information Security (IS) processes, operations, and compliance.
  • Oversee security reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
  • Manage third-party and vendor risk assessments.
  • Supervise IT infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Lead the Security Operations Centre (SOC) team.
