Job Responsibilities
  1. Data Management: Manage and maintain accuracy of customer database, create proprietary prospect database for targeted acquisition, and develop proactive cross-sector reporting.
  2. Analytics and Insights: Develop pro-active cross-sector reporting, Account Performance, Sales Performance, sector performance, and analytics on customers and prospects.
  3. Reporting and Dashboards: Proactively develop and manage sales performance & productivity dashboards/reports to help meet revenue and margin goals.
Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel including macros, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server syntax), Power BI, and exposure to any CRM (preferably Microsoft CRM Dynamics).
  2. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in a reporting-driven role, preferably in IT domain, with deep knowledge of technology industry (B2B IT service provider is an advantage). Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Modeling, with expertise in Macros and good knowledge of SQL, MDX queries, and Power BI.
