Job Title: Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Scheduling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure completion.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on schedule performance, highlighting areas of improvement or concern.
  • Team Management: Manage the project team allocating tasks to team members, following their progress in line with Project plan.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation such as resource plans, change orders, labor, and expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of exposure in services business into Electrical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Project Planner (MPP) and Primavera P6.
