Job Opportunity: Graphic & Brand Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic and Brand Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing brand collaterals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives.

You will develop and maintain visual consistency across all channels by creating and implementing brand guidelines.

Your role will involve working on a wide range of design requirements, including digital ads, social media creatives, website graphics, packaging, and merchandise. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

  • Create visually appealing designs that communicate the brand's message effectively
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity through consistent design elements
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles
  • Photography/illustration skills
