**About the Role:**

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs at our MARS Safety Training Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive sessions, and assessing training outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety and health, with experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluate training outcomes to ensure effective learning transfer.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NEBOSH syllabus and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to learners and address any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training strategies that meet organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH IDIP/Graduate OR Btech in Safety/ certification and relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate training outcomes.
  • Proficiency with training software and technologies.
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
