  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end land acquisition process for renewable energy projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and acquiring suitable land parcels, considering technical feasibility, connectivity, and regulatory clearances.
  • This role involves scouting, negotiation, documentation, registration, and handover of land.
  • You will build relationships with local landowners, agents, revenue officials, district-level authorities, and government departments.
  • Oversight of Right of Way (RoW) acquisition, mutation, land conversion, and compliance with state-specific renewable energy policies is required.
  • Ensure clear documentation, including agreements to sale, lease deeds, power of attorney, and land maps.
  • Supervise a field team of land officers, surveyors, and external consultants.
  • Address conflict resolution and legal or community-related land acquisition issues.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risk factors, and mitigation plans.
