Job Title: Senior Data Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems using Snowflake, AWS Glue, Kafka, and API.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS Glue, and Kafka
  • Develop and maintain high-performance data warehouses and data lakes using various technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design data solutions that meet organizational goals
  • Work closely with engineers to implement data-driven initiatives and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields
  • Hands-on expertise in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization)
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Glue for ETL job development, orchestration, and optimization
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, Step Functions, Kinesis, and CloudWatch
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and/or PySpark
  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with performance tuning for large datasets
  • Experience with data warehouse and data lake architectures
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
