Job Description
  • We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to lead our efforts in mitigating internal and external risks within the International/GTS Domain.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with international operations.
  • This role requires strong partnership-building skills, as the successful candidate will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ent-IT, Domains, and Business Units, to drive risk review campaigns and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Key responsibilities will include defining and assessing risks to the Ent-IT organization and International/GTS infrastructure domain, analyzing risk likelihood, criticality, and impact, and developing strategies to minimize harm.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting on risk exposures across focused areas of the International/GTS domain, ensuring proper visibility and mitigation of risks as required.
  • Additionally, this role will involve thought leadership in emerging areas impacting the International/GTS domain, such as Gen-AI, privacy, and regulatory/compliance aspects.

(Desired) Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Cyber Security
  • 5+ years of work-related experience in risk management/cyber security
  • Experience working with international organizations and collaborating with global teams strongly recommended
  • Multilingual with English required
