">">Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
">">Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
">">Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.
">">Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for design realization.
">">Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
">">Contribute to R&D initiatives in areas such as sustainable agriculture systems, urban infrastructure, and smart engineering solutions.

Requirements:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Automotive/Engineering Design from a reputable institution.
">">2-5 years of proven experience in Industrial/Product Design with a strong portfolio of projects.
">">Demonstrated experience in taking products from concept to production.
">">Strong rendering and sketching skills, with the ability to visually communicate design ideas effectively.
">">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design visualization tools.
">">Strong 3D modeling skills in software such as Rhino 3D, Blender, SolidWorks, or Alias.
">">Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as KeyShot, VRED, or Unreal Engine.
">">Understanding of ergonomics, user experience, and sustainability-driven design principles.
">">Familiarity with prototyping, 3D scanning, and surface development is a plus.
">">Experience with material and finish development, graphics, and trims is desirable.
">">Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
