SailPoint IdentityIQ Expert

The role of SailPoint IdentityIQ Expert involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.

Responsibilities include handling Level 2 support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving SailPoint IdentityIQ issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Handle L2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.

They should also be proficient in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs, and possess experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, as well as knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
