Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and accelerate our retention marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engagement and retention strategies across customer cohorts, analyzing data to understand key pain points, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital analytics and consumer behavior, as well as hands-on experience with martech tools like Clevertap and MoEngage. They will also possess excellent copywriting skills, be data-driven, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the creative team to define email and WhatsApp templates for campaigns, analyze results, and synthesize recommendations to drive growth strategy. You will also take ownership of monthly and quarterly retention goals and conduct NPS surveys on a quarterly basis.
