Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events to engage various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials for each program to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external partners (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners) to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners to address queries and concerns.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to measure program success.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates to promote the program's impact.
  • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency across all program materials.
  • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools to enhance the participant experience.
  • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input to enhance program effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
