Job Title: Financial Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Financial Systems Manager. In this capacity, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure financial systems based on established blueprints.
  • Provide support for international corporate clients in their TMS/SAP TRM and risk management implementations.
  • Implement treasury functions and manage risk.
  • Develop business proposals and thought leadership pieces.
  • Coach junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/BTech/MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute with 4-7 years of experience in treasury tech advisory/finance tech/SAP practice.
  • Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of treasury operations, commodities, and financial products.
  • Experience in configuring SAP TRM in ECC and SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Understanding of cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, notional and physical cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, and bank communication management within the SAP environment.
  • Basic to moderate level of understanding of spot and derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products including risk management and valuation aspects.
