Job Description:">

As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by analyzing sales data and developing strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with management and the business strategy team to model, analyze, and prepare information for sales, products, new initiatives, organic, and inorganic growth.">
  • Lead strategic partnerships and other organic and inorganic initiatives for the organization's growth.">
  • Analyze sales data, including historical performance, trends, and market insights, to identify opportunities and challenges.">
  • Develop and communicate sales performance metrics to the sales team and management through meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations.">
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.">
  • Monitor funnels performance weekly for the sales team and track performance (target vs. achievement) of business teams product-wise.">
  • Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.">
  • Provide access to CRM tools for the business team and offer solutions if they encounter any issues with these tools.">
  • Provide sales data to respective sales representatives, generate reports, and support them as needed.">
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.">

What You'll Have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.">
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.">
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills being essential.">
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.">
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.">
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.">
