Job Title:
Vice President Technology Management

About the Role:
The Vice President of Technology Management will be responsible for overseeing the Company's technology infrastructure and digital initiatives across its portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage distributed IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
2. Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
3. Partner with business functions to ensure technology adoption improves guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.

Infrastructure Security & Compliance:
1. Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ Properties, ensuring network reliability and uptime.
2. Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
3. Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.

Project Delivery Business Support:
1. Lead the execution of IT projects (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations), ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
2. Translate operational needs into IT deliverables, escalating strategic alignment issues to the Head of IT.
3. Ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives.

Vendor Partner Management:
1. Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against SLAs.
2. Support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots.

Team Leadership Capability Development:
1. Lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals, ensuring service orientation, performance, and growth.
2. Building digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
3. Foster a collaborative culture that ensures smooth adoption of technology solutions.

Innovation Digital Enablement:
1. Execute guest-facing digital initiatives (mobile check-in, self-service kiosks, digital concierge).
2. Leverage analytics to provide actionable operational insights.
3. Champion green IT practices at the operational level (cloud adoption, paperless workflows, energy-efficient solutions).

Requirements:
1. Focus on delivery, execution, support, and strategy.
2. Owns Multi-Unit/Location IT operations and project implementation.
3. Serves as the bridge between Hotels, functional stakeholders, and the leadership team.
4. Provides succession pipeline with exposure to transformation initiatives.

Qualifications Experience:
1. 15+ years of IT leadership experience, with exposure to multi-property Hospitality, Travel, or Related Service Industries.
2. Strong knowledge of hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance platforms).
3. Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
4. Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance in India. Knowledge on GDPR, other country privacy compliance is an added advantage.
5. Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
6. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
7. Team-oriented leader who can execute effectively under the strategic direction of Head IT.
