Resilience Specialist

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of complex trading systems. You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support system applications to ensure uptime and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within established timelines.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization activities.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on experience in Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with trading systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
- Knowledge of financial products and trading systems.
