Regional Director for South Asia Development

The Regional Director for South Asia Development will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and programs to promote child rights and sustainable development across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development programs and at least 10 years of experience working with international NGOs.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing regional strategies, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and fostering partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting an open culture of feedback, transparent evaluation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in sociology, development studies, social sciences, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in development programs with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within an international NGO
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, and managing multi-stakeholder projects in the humanitarian or child rights sectors
