Position : Engineer L1 - International Voice Process

Experience : 1 – 4 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order Reviewing and Processing: Ensure accuracy and completeness of new orders, process on a web-based system, and clarify customer enquiries.
  • Service Level Management: Maintain high levels of accuracy while placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system, monitor status and take action as needed.
  • Accuracy Maintenance: Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of accuracy, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data.
  • Skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data.
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; A creative problem-solver.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error.
