Position : Engineer L1 - International Voice Process
Experience : 1 – 4 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Reviewing and Processing: Ensure accuracy and completeness of new orders, process on a web-based system, and clarify customer enquiries.
- Service Level Management: Maintain high levels of accuracy while placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system, monitor status and take action as needed.
- Accuracy Maintenance: Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of accuracy, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data.
- Skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data.
- Able to learn new concepts quickly.
- Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; A creative problem-solver.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated in the performance of sometimes repetitive duties with very low room for error.
