Project Documentation Specialist

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation across various stages. It involves anticipating, managing, and coordinating all steps necessary for project closeout, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project data in designated planning tools while collaborating with project controls team members to verify information integrity.
  • Oversee return of confirmed surplus materials through RMA process, ensuring items are appropriately recorded.
  • Facilitate accurate turnover documentation by maintaining regular communication with project-assigned teams.
  • Assist scoping team in promoting RFDS for scopes where drone inspections are not required.
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery.
  • Own final turnover package, reviewing deliverables submitted by General Contractor and suggesting corrections as needed.
  • Act as sole approver for closeout processes in PeopleSoft.

Requirements

  • 2+ Industry experience is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications is preferred.

Qualifications

A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience.
