Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development of test automation frameworks for electrical products. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python and industrial communication protocols like Modbus, PROFIBUS, BACNet, EtherNet/IP, and SmartWire-DT.

  • Design and develop high-performance test automation frameworks using Python.
  • Lead the development of PLC programs and automation suites for communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with global product engineering teams to perform validation scripting and test execution activities.
  • Develop technical proposals and present them to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in validation of industrial fieldbus communication protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.
  • Excellent Python programming skills.
  • Experience with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
