As a Client Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients. This includes managing client onboarding, solution design, and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security) to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. Excellent communication skills are also essential for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting reusable patterns and contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
