Workday Integration Specialist

Are you a skilled Workday integration expert with a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions? We are seeking a highly experienced Workday integration specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using various tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and Workday Connectors.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. They should be proficient in Workday HCM, including Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and Workday Connectors
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of Workday data
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting
  • Strong background in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Proficient in Workday HCM, including Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
