We are seeking a skilled IS Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality IS services and will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external resources to ensure the effective delivery of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING STRONG OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES: Collaborate with IS Service Owners and Solution Architects to develop and maintain IS security, risk, and compliance operations.
  • ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Participate in planning, scheduling, delivering, and releasing changes to REMSC applications while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • DEFINING CONTRACTS AND SLAS: Play an active role in defining new contracts with vendors for operational activities, service levels, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • MONITORING AND CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: Define and monitor level and type of monitoring, and ensure all Consumer Interaction Points Lifecycle Experience are under control and correct support is provided.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or similar.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IS/IT delivery organizations, focusing on operational activities.
  • Proven understanding of custom-built application operations.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP environment, with a strong understanding of its complexities.
