We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced finance leader to lead our financial operations in Thrissur.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Taxation: Manage tax compliance, including filing returns, tax planning, and audits.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital.
• Investor Relations: Liaise with investors and other stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, accounting software).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
