Job Title: Data Engineering

    The role of a data engineer is critical in the analytics industry. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems to support business intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines using big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using programming languages like Python and Scala.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems with other applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in data systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in big data technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a data engineer in Big Data.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python/Scala) and big data technologies (Spark/Databricks).
  • Experience in executing complex data analysis and running complex SQL/Spark queries.
  • Strong experience in building complex data transformations in SQL/Spark.
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies.
  • Good understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
