Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and a proven track record of implementing SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization: Evaluate existing record to report processes and recommend improvements.
  2. System Configuration: Design and implement streamlined processes in projects and assets area to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations to gather requirements and align on process improvements.
  4. System Integration: Configure and customize systems to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
  5. Data Management: Define data requirements and oversee data migration activities during system implementations.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into record to report processes. Analyze data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in record to report process optimization and system implementation.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of an organization.
  • Technical Skills: Functional knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS), Investment Management (IM), and Asset Accounting (AA) modules. Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) module is an advantage. Hands-on experience with Application Interface Framework (AIF) is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile Development: Experience with Agile development practices preferred.
  • SAP Central Finance: Exposure to SAP Central Finance (CFIN) will be appreciated.
