Chief Algorithmic Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled quantitative trader to develop, implement, and manage trading strategies across equities and derivatives.
- Design and optimize algorithmic trading algorithms and strategies
- Analyze trading models using statistical methods and backtesting
- Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics
- Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies
- Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure
- Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance
Beyond basic qualifications, a deep understanding of mathematical finance, statistical modeling, and risk management is essential. This role requires experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics, is also necessary.
