Job Title:

A Senior Graphic Designer position has become available for a creative and highly skilled individual.

About the Role:
  • Create high-quality engaging visuals: Design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D using industry-standard software.
  • Conceptualize and Storyboard: Collaborate with clients or teams to develop visual concepts and create storyboards outlining animation sequences.
  • Video Editing and Audio Integration: Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create cohesive final products.
  • Brand Consistency and Optimization: Ensure all motion graphics align with client brand guidelines and prepare/export animations in various formats optimized for different platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of design principles: Layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • End-to-end project execution ability: From concept development through delivery.
  • Proficiency in animation principles: Timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must, and knowledge of other software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: Staying current with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.
Additional Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics: Animation, and video production.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics work:
