As a Front Office Hostess at Freelancer Narendra Nath Biswas, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility will be to provide warm and welcoming service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, responding to any queries or concerns.
• Provide information about the establishment and local attractions, helping guests to make the most of their stay.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and reservation software.
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
