Clinical Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pathology Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient samples and test results.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide training and support to laboratory staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in laboratory testing, applying new knowledge and skills to improve our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a clinical pathology laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including laboratory information systems and electronic medical records.
