Purchase Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating prices with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders from receipt to payment
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • APICS certification or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Fluency in multiple languages
