Club Leader

As a Club Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of club events, workshops, and client visits, ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage team performance, budget, and resource allocation for events.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate club operations and develop an annual activity calendar to drive engagement and retention.
• Promote membership growth through exceptional customer service and community building initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment by maintaining open communication with staff and members.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with local health regulations, including sanitation standards and emergency protocols to safeguard the well-being of members and staff.
• Maintain a safe environment by overseeing maintenance needs and staff training in CPR/First Aid procedures.
