Senior Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, performing cross-functional roles such as Scrum Master for the Marketing Team.

  • Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extension, OOTB reporting, journey flow, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including use cases, user stories, workflows, design documents, and more.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in solution design sessions and Agile development process, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Develop change rationale, perform scoping assessments, and ensure quality oversight and compliance.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis as a Functional Analyst with a focus on gathering requirements and designing solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing JIRA, Certification in SFMC, Email Specialist or Consultant certification a strong plus.
  • Experience configuring basic SFMC setup, Knowledge of software development lifecycle tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing automation and customer data platforms, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
