Telephony Specialist
Job DescriptionOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Telephony Specialist to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying telephony, call center, and AI technologies across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems using high-tech methodologies
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies
- Work with Contact Center technologies such as Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems, etc.
The successful candidate will have expertise in Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, and AI. Experience with secondary skills such as Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, and CUCM is also desired.
Requirements- At least 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying telephony, call center, and AI technologies
- Expertise in Twilio Flex, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, and AI
- Experience with secondary skills such as Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, and CUCM
The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in the field of telephony and AI. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
