Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless delivery of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring schedule adherence, and maintaining high-quality standards.

You will work closely with our US offices, providing timely communication and reporting. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will drive success in this role.

  1. Manage daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity utilization and efficient project delivery
  2. Maintain schedule adherence for yourself and your team members
  3. Oversee operations to overcome challenges such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, and ad-hoc requests
  4. Communicate effectively with the US offices through regular calls and emails
  5. Prepare reports and submit them in a timely manner
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO organizations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide your team
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in night shifts (USA Shift timing with additional allowances)
