Culinary Artisan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Artisan to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our customers by developing and implementing innovative recipes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

• Ability to develop and implement recipes that showcase the rich flavors and heritage of Asia.
• Familiarity with premium ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.

1. Develop and implement new recipes that meet our culinary standards.
2. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including sushi, dim sum, and wok-fried items.
3. Maintain high-quality presentation and garnishing of dishes.
