Key Responsibilities:

  • System Sizing and Selection: Determine the appropriate size and capacity of equipment, and select suitable components to meet project requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems, considering materials and labor costs.
  • Construction Oversight: Monitor the installation and construction of MEP systems to ensure they are implemented correctly and safely according to design plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design principles, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
