Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled test automation professional to lead our test efforts in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases using Tosca.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand functional requirements.
  • Manage test automation initiatives, providing guidance and support to engineers.
  • Execute and monitor automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Review and optimize test automation frameworks, ensuring best practices and Tosca standards are followed.
  • Identify test coverage gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to report test progress, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure smooth integration of test automation within DevOps pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
  • Expertise in Tosca Test Suite, including designing and developing test cases using Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality work output.
  • Excellent understanding of the SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex test automation issues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
