Bluetooth Engineer Position

This role requires an individual with extensive knowledge of the Bluetooth technology stack, including protocols and profiles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BREDR and LE Bluetooth, as well as familiarity with audio-related protocols like HFP, A2DP, LE Audio, GATT, GAP, and LE Audio.

Experience working with Android's Bluetooth stack is a significant plus. Proficiency in programming languages C, Java, or Python is necessary for this position. Strong debugging skills, particularly in embedded systems, are also required, along with expertise in tools such as Ellysis and Wireshark.

The ability to effectively communicate complex technical information both verbally and in writing is crucial for this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions for commercial products and internal tool interfaces is also essential.

In terms of personal qualities, the successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities. They should also be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Beyond technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues across various departments. This includes effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
