About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and customization of order management systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and customizations.

  • Design and implement order management solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to order management software.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on order management functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in order management technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of order management with other systems and processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
  • Minimum of 2 years development experience in XML and DOM parser.
  • Experience building Stored Procedures and SQL functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Domain knowledge of order management and store systems.
  • Experience with IBM Sterling, Java, JEE, JMS, HTML/CSS, WebLogic 10, Oracle 11 in Retail software.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing enhancement.
  • Understanding of PCI compliance and security standards for point-of-sale systems.
