Job Overview

A senior creative leader is needed to oversee the design and management of a fashion and lifestyle archive. This includes developing and implementing the overall aesthetic direction for various projects, as well as managing a team of designers and external collaborators.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across all projects, ensuring consistency in style and tone.
  • Curate and manage the collection of garments, accessories, and interior assets, including sourcing, preservation, and storage of rare pieces and high-value objects.
  • Lead the design process, from conceptualization to execution, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage and supervise a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records and catalogues of all projects, including designs, materials, and timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in fashion design, styling, interiors, or luxury creative direction.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, texture, and composition, and ability to apply these principles to create visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
