Generative AI Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI engineer to develop and deploy generative models, contributing to the development of innovative AI solutions for various industries. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong foundation in machine learning, experience with big data technologies, and proficiency in tools such as Apache Airflow, Luigi, and cloud platforms like Azure.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on building, training, and deploying generative models that drive business growth and innovation. Your expertise will enable the creation of efficient and scalable machine learning pipelines, integrating AI models into end-to-end production systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance generative AI models for data augmentation, creative content generation, and automated decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into end-to-end production systems, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Handle large datasets and perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare data for training machine learning models, utilizing your expertise in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
  • Train and fine-tune AI models for optimal performance, leveraging hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and other best practices to achieve accurate, efficient, and scalable results.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective machine learning solutions, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Use tools like Apache Airflow and Luigi to automate machine learning workflows and manage task dependencies, ensuring efficient and scalable model training, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and AI development, preferably with a strong background in generative AI models.
  • Proven experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive, handling large-scale datasets, and performing data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Python programming proficiency, including experience with data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, as well as SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Platform for deploying and managing AI models, using services like Azure Machine Learning, and workflow automation tools like Apache Airflow and Luigi for building scalable and maintainable machine learning pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with model optimization techniques, such as hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and model evaluation, to achieve high-performance results.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
