Medical Billing Team Lead

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end medical billing process and ensure seamless operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of medical billing professionals handling charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure quality, productivity, and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Handle complex billing issues and provide resolution support to clients.
  • Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.
  • Train team members on medical billing best practices and NextGen EMR/PM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
