We are looking for a seasoned Technology Professional to drive the development of high-end technology solutions that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Java, Microservices, and event-driven solutions;
  • Experience with Springboot/Spring cloud or similar frameworks;
  • Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL-based DBs;
  • Knowledge of API-based digital journeys and database modeling;
  • Hands-on experience with containerization platforms (Docker/Kubernetes) and logging and monitoring solutions;
  • Solution Architect:
  • Ability to design, architect, and deliver large-scale projects from ground zero;
  • Experience in building high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services;
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and reactive programming models;
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and data security at the network and application layer;
  • Team Leadership:
  • Proven track record of managing large-sized teams and growing client accounts;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Able to drive key decisions on tools, technologies, user journeys, and overall governance;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Cloud certification and modern technology exposure a plus;
  • Passionate about delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth;
