Job Overview

This senior cybersecurity position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans for protecting sensitive data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, frameworks, and controls to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to potential security incidents using advanced SIEM and SOC processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address weaknesses.
  • Perform digital forensics and root cause analysis to resolve complex security issues.
  • Define and enforce policies for data privacy, identity management, and data loss prevention.
  • Implement robust security controls across network, endpoint, application, database, and cloud environments.
  • Ensure the secure configuration of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments.
  • Manage and tune security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint detection/response systems, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, and DDoS protection.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and promote DevSecOps practices.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IRDAI, RBI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOC2.
  • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery efforts from a security perspective.
  • Drive security awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Zero Trust, and SD-WAN.
  • Expertise in endpoint security, including EDR/XDR solutions, and threat hunting.
  • Proficiency in application security, including OWASP Top 10, SAST, DAST, RASP, and API security.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, including CSPM, CWPP, CASB, and secure cloud configurations.
  • Experience with identity and access management, including IAM and PAM solutions.
  • Understanding of data protection, including encryption, key management, and tokenization.
  • Familiarity with security operations, including SIEM, SOAR, threat hunting, and SOC operations.
  • Ability to conduct incident response and forensic analysis, including memory forensics and malware analysis.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, including container scanning, CI/CD pipeline security, and IaC scanning.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including RSA Archer and ServiceNow GRC.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Red Teaming experience, including Adversary Simulation and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Malware analysis skills, including reverse engineering and sandboxing.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and IoT security, including secure protocols and device hardening.
  • Understanding of AI/ML security, including model poisoning and adversarial attacks.
  • Experience with threat intelligence, including STIX/TAXII and MISP.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500, and AWS Security Specialty.
