Role Overview
  • Data Exploration: Derives insights from multiple data sources, identifies underlying patterns, and creates forecasts based on previous trends.
  • Analytics Requirements: Collaborates with data teams and business stakeholders to elicit, refine, and demonstrate clear understanding of analytics requirements.
  • Partnering: Communicates recommendations to business partners and influences future plans based on insights.
  • Data Transformation: Interprets and transforms data packets, including application of complex calculations accurate and performant across large data sets.
  • Automation and Streamlining: Understands business processes/concepts and works with business to automate/streamline processes for accurate data-driven insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Works with multiple stakeholders and teams to derive insights from data and support day-to-day business decisions.
  • Closely works with stakeholders to understand business requirements and generates insights.
  • Prepares reports to effectively communicate patterns, trends, and simple predictions.
  • Supports ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Develops documentation for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Performs routine data quality checks.

Key Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in database interrogation and analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Passion for Data & Analytics.
  • Experience in automation and process streamlining.
  • Experience in visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good communication approach for varied business and technical audiences.
  • Works cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical reports, and suggest insights.
  • Identifies and implements streamlined processes for data reporting, dashboarding.
