Job Title: Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to manage our tender process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing industry and excellent experience in tender preparation, submission, and management.
- Searching and downloading tenders from relevant websites and distributing them to sales teams
- Crafting documents for quotations, physical tenders, online tenders, and uploading them on e-portals
- Attending tender opening, technical, and price events
- Supporting sales teams in all documentation processes, company registration on government portals for e-tendering
- Bidding on tenders up to three companies through online and physical means
- Coordinating payments for earnest money with government institutions and banks
- Handling customer inquiries, emails, and correspondence within company norms
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish. This includes searching for tenders, preparing and submitting bids, and attending tender events. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement and tender management
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
