Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries, preparing and filing GST returns, managing TDS deductions and payments, handling accounts payable and receivable, maintaining inventory accounting, assisting in monthly closing, MIS reports, and statutory audits, and ensuring compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing to ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Maintain inventory accounting, including raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and statutory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms and tax laws.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts/finance in a pharma or manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory accounting.
  • Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar ERP tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
