  • Model conversion and optimization services.
  • Testing and validation of actuarial models.
  • Client engagement through presentations, surveys, case studies, and marketing activities.
  • Development and maintenance of intellectual capital.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification from SOA/IFoA/IAI or near qualification status.
  • Track record of rapid learning, high performance, and professional growth.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and direct junior staff members.
  • Understanding of collaboration value and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Deep critical-thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Motivated individual with a willingness to adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, or other database software, along with experience in VBA or other programming languages.
  • Experience with Moody's AXIS, FIS Prophet, or similar actuarial platforms is mandatory.
