Our organization seeks a highly skilled Revenue Operations Lead to oversee the entire revenue process, ensuring seamless compliance with accounting standards.

This individual will work closely with Client Service to support sales proposals and contract entry, providing clarity on US GAAP/Stat rules and contract interpretation. Additionally, they will ensure accurate revenue closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and reconciliations, are performed in accordance with US-GAAP/Stat rules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with local FP&A and Finance Business Partner to provide clarity on orders and contracts, revenue, billing, and receivables, as well as credit management. They will also take action on flagged control misses and ensure regional statutory compliance related to revenue accounting, monitoring and providing guidance on related statutory and tax accounting, reporting, and audit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all revenue processes, including contract reviews, revenue recognition, and accounting
  • Partnering with Client Service to support sales proposals and contract entry
  • Ensuring revenue closing activities are accurate and performed in accordance with US-GAAP/Stat rules
  • Providing training and guidance to wider teams
  • Preparing journals as part of the month-end process
  • Accountable for on-time and accurate balance sheet controls

Required qualifications include:

  • Deep understanding of revenue accounting
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • At least 5 years finance experience within a multinational, multicultural environment
  • Excellent finance team leading experience
  • Knowledge in financial systems such as SAP, HFM, OneStream
